Norgine's Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) organisation looks after the development and production of our strategically important products from development and throughout the product lifecycle as well as managing the whole Supply Chain process from supplier to customer.

Norgine has 2 manufacturing sites,

 
  • Dreux, France – 150 personnelmanufacturing site
    • Key Expertise
      - Liquids
      - Coated granules
      - Gels
      - Ointments
    • Investments in GMP and Regulatory to meet the industry requirements of the AFSSAPS

 

 

  • Hengoed, UK – 400 personnel
    • Key Expertise
      - Powders / Sachets
      - Tablets
      - Capsules
    • Investments in GMP and Regulatory to meet the industry requirements of the MHRA and FDA.

 

Together these production units produce and pack more than 45 million units of pharmaceutical products each year for sale in Europe and around the world.

In addition, M&S functions are responsible for:

  • External Network and Suppliers Management seeking to:
    - implement a global harmonised approach for the management of all our CMOs and suppliers of raw materials and packing components
    - keep best balance of external and internal manufacturing capabilities in order to maximise capital and asset management
  • Global Supply Management, Global Technology and Global Quality ensuring:
    - standardised, efficient global processes and interfaces between M&S and any Norgine market or third party
    - our ability to supply products to any country in the world
