Norgine is a highly successful and fast growing European specialty pharmaceutical company. Partnerships have always been an important element in Norgine’s success and will continue to play a pivotal role in the Company’s future.

We plan to develop our business both by licensing or acquiring products to market throughout Europe and certain other territories. Also by building partnerships for products developed within Norgine in territories where the company does not have its own sales and marketing organisation. In particular, Norgine will seek partners for its products in the USA and Japan.

In-licensing

We are seeking products to sell through our established sales and marketing infrastructure. The main therapy targets are:

  • Gastroenterology – IBS; IBD; constipation; proctology
  • Pain management – cancer pain; post-operative pain; neuropathic pain
  • Supportive care – mucositis; emesis
Out-licensing

Norgine’s main priority is to find partners in the USA and Japan for products developed in-house. Norgine is also seeking broad regional partnerships for the marketing of its products in areas such as Latin America, CIS and S E Asia.
