Australian Nurses for Continence (ANFC)

Australian Nurses for Continence (ANFC) is a non-profit national professional interest group of nurses who have  specialist knowledge and skills in continence care.  ANFC members work in diverse roles, in remote, rural, regional and metropolitan areas of Australia to provide specialist advice to individuals with incontinence and other bladder and bowel problems www.anfc.org   Norgine provide an annual scholarship award for use by the recipient chosen by the ANFC to attend the International Continence Society scientific meeting representing the ANFC.

Association Francois Aupetit

 

The Association François Aupetit is an association supporting research on chronic inflammatory intestinal diseases. They also disease information to patients and healthcare professionals www.afa.asso.fr Norgine and AFA produce a recipe book which is distributed free of charge to patients.
Norgine also supported 40 conference debates led by the AFA in France on chronic inflammatory intestinal illnesses

The European Federation of Neurological Associations (EFNA)

The European Federation of Neurological Associations (EFNA) brings together European umbrella organisations of neurological patient advocacy groups, to work with other associations in the field of neurology, including the European Federation of Neurological Societies (EFNS), in what has been termed a "Partnership for Progress". www.efna.net Norgine gave EFNA an unrestricted educational grant to help support an EFNS conference session entitled ‘The Good Life’ which demonstrated to the audience of doctors and patients that although it is challenging to live with a brain illness, life is still enjoyable and careers can be pursued.

The objective of the Parkinson's Disease and Related Movement Disorder Association is to supply information about how to manage the many challenges of living with these chronic neurological conditions. It also aims educate and to create awareness and understanding by providing access to the latest developments fields of research in the various movement disorders.
